Meet the team

Bill Arpin, Manager

Business savvy, Bill is always excited to tackle the next big project while keeping the team focused and grounded. Blessed with a family that loves the outdoors, there's always a soccer game, or hunting trip coming up on his calendar.     

Malachi Matson, Mechanical Engineer

With a Bachelor's from NC A&T, early success at CAT, and multiple "from scratch to use in the field" projects under his belt, Malachi's boundless enthusiasm for successfully turning an idea into a physical product makes him chock-full of untapped potential. Outside of work he enjoys travelling, horseback riding, treasure hunting, and spending time with friends and family. Whatever you do, don't tell him it can't be done.

Jonathan Matson, Electrical Engineer

Jon is our resident electrical genius. He values every project as an opportunity to add to his repertoire of knowledge concerning software design, coding, circuitry, and more. There's nothing he can't do, or figure out how to do, and his experience with creative solutions to ideas and problems makes him formidable when paired with the chemistry he shares with our mechanical engineers. He's a man of faith and family, with a wife and whole passel of kids.

Ricardo Hernandez, Technician

Our goal is to bring technology to the construction industry in a format anybody can understand, which lead us on a search for a translator. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Ricardo's skill-set was quickly recognized to be more than lingual, and his hungry approach to learning lead to him assuming a diversified role in the group.
