ASTM 1155 floor profiles (FF/FL) and joint stability measurements can be obtained with unmatched ease using this single App. View results right from the phone or import into Desktop Report Generator to create professional reports for your customers.

Our intuitive Excel Report Generator gives you the ability to easily generate powerful 3D heat maps for any floor.

ASTM 1155 Layout App

A streamlined app designed to provide the user with a suggested layout pattern when gathering measurement data in accordance with ASTM E1155-14 and E1155M-14.

Desktop Report Generator

These customizable Report Generators are built in Excel and by emailing and importing the field measurements into them, reports are quickly created for both ASTM 1155 and TR-34 floor profiles and the Deflection Meter App. These info-rich reports can then be shared via email to all your customers, customized with your company’s info and logos.

Deflection Meter App

Measure and record joint stability and deflection as required by ACI 360R-10 section 6.2. This app offers both manual and auto mode for measuring static and dynamic changes to a joint, as well as the ability to add joint specific pictures and notes. Once complete simply import the results into the Deflection Meter Desktop Report Generator and create professional joint deflection reports for your customers.

I’ve been testing floor flatness and levelness since 1997 with several different versions, models and upgrades of the most commonly used flatness meter. The one thing I always wanted in a meter was a user interface and data collection process that was simple, intuitive and efficient. Check all three boxes for the Axiom 1155. The training videos that you’ve made available, your availability as tech support to field any question and the pure simplicity of the Axiom 1155 has made measuring floors quick, repeatable, and accurate. The Axiom 1155 is the only floor profiler that we will use.

As a company, Rone was utilizing another brand floor profiler with reasonable results and fair service. The Somero Matson Group approached us back in early 2017 and demonstrated their new Axiom 1155 Floor Profiler with the ease of Bluetooth uploading of data. We agreed to try one of the units on a temporary basis, but after using the unit for a half dozen slab placements and the ease of the data transfer, we agreed to purchase the unit. The reliability of the units with the limited quantity of exposed hardware (none) has made the units a dream to operate and maintain. In addition, we recently had a minor problem with an electrical connection so we called the Somero Matson Group and overnight shipped the Axiom to them. The Somero Matson Group repaired the unit the day received and shipped the unit back by the following day. Service of this caliber is almost non-existent in the industry these days. We are now only using Axiom 1155 Profilers.

With Thomas Concrete Machinery being a large concrete equipment dealer for the Florida market, the Axiom 1155 is one of the products we brought aboard and sell which has kept us on the cutting edge of our industry. The Axiom has allowed us to objectively show our customers the improvement in FF/FL numbers they can achieve when using other kinds of equipment we provide. Especially when showing the difference a riding trowel, Laser Screed, check rod, or bump cutter can make to the overall quality of their floor.
